1. Select a country from the list.
      2. Select SDGs and targets for display.
      3. Press to display the interlinkages of selected targets.
      4. Select display methods from Visualisation Options (see the right panel) and press :
        - Direction of linkages (all, out-degree or in-degree)
        - Nature of linkages (positive or negative)
        - Layout of display (default or grid)
        - Line thickness indicating strength of linkages
        - Cluster of goals for display
      5. Functions of display:
        - Graph zoom in/zoom out
        - Under Grid display, drag targets to change position
        - Display direction and strength of linkages by positioning cursor on the lines
      6. Download the interlinkage graph through Export Chart.
      7. Save and open selected SDGs and targets using Save Selection and MySelection.
      8. Use Edit Mode to add and modify the strength of linkages, add new targets and create new datasets of interlinkages.
      9. Indicators and data of selected SDG targets are displayed under the interlinkage graph. Data (CSV files) are downloadable through Export Table.

      Use Edit Mode to add and modify the strength of linkages, add new targets and create new dataset of interlinkages.
      1. Add and modify the strength of linkages:
        - Double-click one of the selected targets to open editing menu
        - Select “Out-degree linkages” or “In-degree linkages” to edit
        - Select/deselect the linkages to display
        - Add or modify strength of linkages (in the range of [-1, 1]) in the given boxes
        - Press to implement changes
      2. Add new targets with Add My Targets.
      3. Create new dataset of targets and interlinkages using Save to MyData.
      4. Use new dataset for display with MyData.
      Use MyData to operate and display the results:
        - Save changes on targets and their linkages using Save to MyData
        - Click MyData and click name of new dataset for operation and display of results.
      Use MySelection to run saved selections:
        - Use Save Selection to save selected SDG targets
        - Press MySelection to see details of each selection, then modify or delete
        - Click name of selection to display results
        - Change country and press to display results of selection for different countries
      MySelection is empty!
      MyData is empty!
      Use Save Selection to save selected SDG targets:
        - Select SDGs and targets
        - Press Save Selection to save selected SDG targets (up to 5 can be saved)
        - Press MySelection and click the name of selection to display the results
      Use Save to MyData to save new datasets:
        - Click Save to MyData to save changes on targets and their linkages (up to 3 new datasets)
        - Click MyData to use new datasets for operation
      Use Add My Target to add new targets and display:
        - Click Add My Target to add new targets (up to 10) under a new goal (Goal 18)
        - Click “Add Target” to display editing menu
        - Add new target and edit its out-degree linkages (up to 20) and in-degree linkages (up to 20)
        - Click Add My Target and select targets for display

Note: i) Each node represents a SDG Target, e.g. Target 1.1. Selected targets are shown in fluorescent blue.
         ii) Each line with an arrow linking two nodes represents a directed/causal link between two Targets, e.g. from Target 1.1 to Target 1.2.
         iii) The value (between -1 and 1) over the line (by putting the cursor on the line) indicates the strength of the linear relationship between the pair targets.
         iv) Black lines indicate positive links, and red lines indicate negative links. Dotted lines indicate that the indicator-level data is not available for the targets.
